Most leadership programmes give you frameworks. We give you honest, structured feedback and a coach who has sat in your chair. Twelve weeks, measurable shifts, lasting change.
We work with senior leaders, directors and high-potential managers across the UK. Every engagement starts with a 360-degree diagnostic and ends with a concrete development plan you can hand to your board.
One-to-one coaching
Six or twelve sessions with a coach matched to your sector. Sessions run 75 minutes, fortnightly, over video or in person at our New Smith office. Between sessions you receive written observations and a single action to practise before we meet again.
Leadership team workshops
Half-day or full-day sessions for leadership teams of four to twelve. We use real business challenges from your organisation as the workshop material, not hypothetical case studies. Teams leave with agreements, not just insights.
Transition coaching
Designed for the first 90 days in a new role. Whether you have been promoted internally or brought in from outside, we accelerate your credibility-building and help you avoid the common traps of the first quarter.
Why leaders choose us
Since 2017, 84% of our coaching clients have reported a measurable improvement in at least two of their three target areas within 90 days. That figure comes from our end-of-engagement surveys, not from cherry-picked testimonials.
Three things make the difference. First, we pair you with a coach who has held a comparable role in a comparable industry, so you spend less time explaining context and more time working on behaviour. Second, we anchor every programme to observable outcomes your colleagues can verify, not self-reported feelings of growth. Third, we cap each coach's active client list at eight, so your coach is genuinely available between sessions when something urgent comes up.
We do not sell motivational speaking. We do not run personality quizzes and call it coaching. If you want someone to tell you how great you are, we are probably not the right fit. If you want someone who will help you see what you are not seeing, call us.
What our clients say
"I came in thinking I needed help with time management. Within three sessions, my coach helped me realise the real issue was how I delegated, or rather, how I didn't. My direct reports noticed the change before I did."
Rachel Underwood, COO, a mid-size logistics firm
"The 360 diagnostic was uncomfortable. It was also the most useful piece of professional feedback I have received in fifteen years. My coach didn't soften it, but she helped me do something with it."
David Keane, Managing Director, financial services
