One-to-one leadership coaching
This is our core programme and the one most clients start with. You work with a single coach over six or twelve fortnightly sessions, each lasting 75 minutes. Before the first session, we conduct a structured 360-degree feedback process: we interview four to six of your colleagues, direct reports and stakeholders using a protocol designed to surface patterns, not just opinions.
Your coach synthesises that feedback into a diagnostic report. In the first session you review it together and choose two or three observable behaviours to shift. Every subsequent session follows a rhythm: review what you practised, examine a real situation from the past fortnight, and agree on one specific action for the next two weeks.
Between sessions your coach is available by email for brief check-ins. At the mid-point (session three or six, depending on programme length) we gather a short pulse survey from the same colleagues to track whether the changes are visible to others. At the end, you receive a written development summary you can share with your manager or HR team.
Leadership team workshops
We run half-day and full-day workshops for intact leadership teams of four to twelve people. These are not lecture-style events. We ask the team leader to brief us on two or three real business issues the team is struggling with: a stalled strategy decision, a recurring conflict between functions, a merger integration that is behind schedule.
We design the workshop around those issues. The team works through them in structured exercises while we observe group dynamics: who speaks, who defers, where the unspoken disagreements sit. At the halfway point, we share our observations and the team decides which dynamic to address in the second half.
After the workshop, each participant receives a short individual debrief (30 minutes by video) within the following week. The team leader receives a written summary with three to five recommendations for sustaining the progress. Many teams book a follow-up half-day session eight weeks later to check in.
Transition coaching
The first 90 days in a new senior role are when reputations get made or damaged. Our transition programme compresses the learning curve. It starts before your first day, ideally two to three weeks before, with a planning session where we map your stakeholders, identify quick wins and anticipate the political landscape.
During weeks one through four, we meet weekly for 60-minute sessions focused on relationship-building and early decisions. From week five onward, sessions move to fortnightly. By day 90, you will have a clear picture of where you stand with your key stakeholders, what your team thinks of your first moves, and what to prioritise in the next quarter.
This programme is especially useful for leaders joining from outside the organisation, those promoted two levels above their previous role, or anyone inheriting a team with morale problems. We have run it for incoming CEOs, newly appointed divisional directors, and first-time board members.

Common questions
How do you match me with a coach?
After an initial 20-minute phone call, we shortlist two coaches based on your industry, seniority level and the specific challenge you want to work on. You have a brief chemistry call with each and choose the one you prefer. If neither feels right, we will suggest a third at no extra cost.
Can sessions happen in person?
Yes. We have a meeting room at our New Smith office, and several of our coaches travel to client offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham. In-person sessions outside these areas may incur a travel fee, which we will confirm before you commit.
What if I need to pause the programme?
Life happens. You can pause for up to four weeks without losing your place. Pauses longer than four weeks require a brief re-contracting conversation with your coach, and the programme timeline extends accordingly.
Is what I say in coaching confidential?
Completely. Your coach will never share the content of your sessions with your employer, HR team or anyone else without your explicit written consent. The only exception is if there is a serious risk of harm, which we explain in the coaching agreement before we begin.
Do you work with organisations outside the UK?
We occasionally coach UK-based leaders who manage global teams, but our coaches are all based in England and our sessions run during UK business hours. If you need coaching in a different time zone on a regular basis, we can recommend trusted partners in other regions.
